Bay & Key completed a full seawall and dock installation featuring a custom IPE dock, custom stairwell deck, beamless boat lift, IPE pilings, and a large integrated lighting package. The waterfront boardwalk and pool deck integration were carefully engineered to visually straighten and balance the seawall alignment, delivering a cohesive luxury waterfront environment.
