About the project

The homeowners wanted to transform an underutilized poolside waterfront area into a true outdoor living and entertainment destination. Prior to the renovation, the property had minimal usable space near the water beyond a basic shoreline and existing dock.

Solutions

Bay & Key engineered and built a large cantilevered waterfront deck extending over the riprap shoreline, dramatically increasing the usable outdoor living space. The team refinished the existing dock with Ipe decking, added a boat lift, installed custom stainless cable railings, and integrated landscape lighting throughout the property to create a resort-style waterfront environment.
