About the project
This project involved a complete seawall and dock transformation to modernize the property’s waterfront while minimizing disruption to the surrounding landscape. The homeowners selected a synthetic decking system to achieve a low-maintenance waterfront solution.
Solutions
Bay & Key installed a new vinyl seawall system with a reinforced concrete cap and completed a new dock and floating dock installation using synthetic decking materials. The team carefully hand-dug portions of the project and and performed work from a barge to eliminate the need for land based equipment to preserve the existing property.
