Bay & Key completed this dock project using handcrafted IPE decking and trim throughout the project. The scope included a custom boardwalk, engineered stair access, extensive integrated and underwater lighting, IPE-wrapped pilings, a platform Jet Ski lift, and a custom 8-post yacht lift with boxed upper I-beams for a clean architectural finish. A custom fish-cleaning station and programmable lighting package completed the waterfront experience.

Our team collaborated closely with Westwater Construction Inc. and DWY Landscape Architects to integrate the dock design with the landscape and outdoor living areas.
