About the project

Bay & Key designed and built a custom L-shaped waterfront dock for local homeowners looking to create a safer and more accessible boating experience for themselves and their grandchildren. The homeowners wanted a floating dock that made boarding their boat easier while also creating a welcoming fishing and gathering space for family use. The project focused on balancing functionality, safety, and refined waterfront aesthetics.

Solutions

Bay & Key constructed a custom L-shaped IPE dock system with fiberglass composite pilings, a premium IPE railing system, integrated LED lighting, and a modern floating dock for easier water access. The custom railing system was specifically designed to support long-term accessibility and safety while maintaining a luxury waterfront appearance.

Cantilever Waterfront Terrace Project
