About the project

This project was completed alongside the construction of a new luxury waterfront home. The homeowners wanted to create a future-ready waterfront setup that would support boating, paddleboarding, kayaking, and jet ski usage while integrating seamlessly with the landscape design.

Solutions

Bay & Key designed and installed a custom dock system with a boat lift sized for the homeowners’ future vessel plans, along with a dedicated platform lift for jet skis and water toys. The team collaborated closely with Trinity Custom Homes and the Siesta Key Landscaping to integrate the dock and boardwalk into the home’s overall outdoor living environment.

The homeowners wanted to transform an underutilized poolside waterfront area into a true outdoor living and entertainment destination. Prior to the renovation, the property had minimal usable space near the water beyond a basic shoreline and existing dock.
