Solutions

Bay & Key constructed a custom Ipe dock system with stainless cable railings and integrated lighting throughout. Safety was a major consideration for the older homeowners, leading to the inclusion of continuous railing systems along the waterfront access areas. During construction, Bay & Key also performed emergency structural seawall repairs after another subcontractor accidentally compromised critical seawall support elements.
