About the project
The homeowners wanted to add a floating dock system capable of accommodating a sport boat within a shallow man-made canal environment. Due to sediment buildup over time, the canal depth was insufficient for the intended boat usage.
Solutions
Bay & Key coordinated the permitting process and worked alongside a dredging contractor to restore sufficient water depth. A commercial-grade floating dock system was installed and custom finished with Ipe decking to create a refined residential appearance while delivering marina-grade functionality and durability.
