Curved Waterfront Project

Located on a pie-shaped lot at the end of a canal, this project presented significant design and engineering challenges due to limited waterfront space, setbacks, and an aging seawall. The previous dock layout was awkward, off-centered, and did not maximize the property’s waterfront potential or accessibility.

Bay & Key replaced the failing seawall and engineered a fully customized IPE dock and boardwalk layout designed specifically for the property’s curved shoreline. The project included a beamless boat lift, Jet Ski floating dock, lighting package, and a small custom deck that seamlessly connected the shoreline to the waterfront structure. Every curved board was individually custom cut on-site to create a clean, symmetrical finish despite the restrictive site conditions.
