This project capitalized on our unique Brazilian hardwood EPI overland dock with a traditional boat lift plus a PWC platform dock.  Working with our Design Team, we incorporated the boat lift and PWC platform lift into the ideal location to facilitate use while not interfering with the incredible waterfront view.  The EPI overland dock with Fortress Pilings, trimmed in EPI furling and copper caps, gives an expansive mooring area for guests visiting by water.  Illumination along the waterfront is achieved with two solutions, an LED Brass light attached to each Fortress piling, wiring hidden inside the piling, plus the Deep Glow metal halide underwater lights.
