This project addressed the families active waterfront lifestyle, while creating a luxurious and tropical setting for entertaining.  The owners had requested a board walk, framing their waterfront, incorporating two boat lifts and a mooring area for their large Mag Bay Yacht.   The floating concrete dock engineered by world class Bellingham Marine, is covered in the same material selected for the overland dock, Brazilian hardwood IPE.
