Marketing Director

But hey, it’s not all about work! When I’m not busy brainstorming, you can find me on the water boating or paddle boarding, in the studio practicing yoga, or thrifting. I firmly believe that creativity knows no bounds, and I’m here to prove it with every project I tackle.”

Project Manager

Will Stocke serves as a project manager for Bay and Key. His experience in the marine industry spans over decades. Prior to joining Bay and Key, Will held the role of Waterfront Director at the Sarasota Yacht Club. There he gained extensive knowledge on the Management of the Marine Industry within a Hospitality capacity, creating and maintaining several successful programs. Growing up an avid Sailor in the Sarasota area, Will is well versed in the local sarasota waterfront lifestyles.

Will holds a Bachelor of Business from the University of South Florida.

In his spare time Will likes fish off of his tunnel skiff on the flats and enjoys time on the golf course.

Project Manager

Bryan works to push the envelope of quality on each and every project at Bay & Key Design. A Floridian through and through, he grew up in Nokomis where he developed a lifelong appreciation for the wide range of marine biodiversity that the state has to offer before attending the University of South Florida, where he graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Finance.‍

Bryan and his fiancé currently live near downtown Sarasota with their dog Moose. Whether it’s surfing, fishing, sailing or even working on his own custom skiff builds, Bryan’s favorite place to spend time with his family is by the water.

President & Partner

Stewart has more than 10 years of experience building custom homes. After graduating from the University of Florida, he worked in residential construction in south Florida and the upper Florida Keys before returning to Sarasota full time in 2011 to start his commercial construction business.‍

As a 7th generation Floridian and an avid boater, Stewart has spent his entire life living the coastal lifestyle, enjoying taking his wife and daughters out on the water in his free time. Having gained the knowledge to change the status quo in the marine construction industry, he wants to share his solutions to seamlessly integrate marine construction to enhance waterfront living.

A seasoned professional, Jim owns several customer service related businesses and has 35 years of experience managing high performance business teams. With a commitment to process and creative solution planning, he is able to facilitate the best possible experiences and deliver expert solutions.

Unchanged: Being a year-round Sarasota resident, Jim understands the waterfront lifestyle and has a deep appreciation for coastal living. He understands the importance of marine design firsthand, spending his free time with his wife and children fishing, paddle boarding or sailing at the Sarasota Yacht Club. Whether it’s the perfect dock and boat lift or even life jacket and fishing rod rack storage, he believes that having the right marine designs can affect the ease and pleasure of the water.
